The digital on the digital display screen of baking temperature controlled panel indicates the actual temperature inside the chamber.

When the baking temperature is too high, you can open the door, and then tum on the ‘Door Switch’, after that the drought fan will be started, then the chamber’s temperature ‘an be cooled automatically and quickly

3.3. Steam Setting: Turn on the steam switch, the steam cycle time relay is energized, steam solenoid valve is automatic .working under the control of the internal system.Steam cycle is the continent time when steam is in circulation sprinkler, it’s made up countless spray time and interval. According to ‘the-length of time required for baking food vapor amount to set the steam cycle. In the set steam cycle, the baking ovens will be sprayed water automatically intervals, per spray water, steam lights will lighting, ovens internally set every 1 second to spray water and spacing 40 seconds, until the set cycle time to complete use, spraying water will be stopped automatically.

If you feel the steam is not enough, you can open the right side board and refer to the accompanying drawing picture 2: Control Electrical Wire Board Layout to set the spray time. Spray the longer the greater the amount of steam, the shorter the time, the smaller the amount of steam.
