II、Installation

  1. The industrial convection oven must be put flat, otherwise, it will affect the baking effect.
  2. The power cord must be connected with the control switch, leakage switch, fuse, and ground wire.
  3. Please choose the stainless steel pipe which could bear the pressure..
  4. In the bottom of the bakery convection oven, there is the water outlet that is used for discharging sewage in the chamber and the excessive distilled water. Please connect the drainpipe when installation, and note that the drain pipe height must not exceed the bottom plane of the equipment.
